Resolved Question: How do you meet people in a new area?

ok, so my hubby got transferred to elkhart IN. we know absolutly No one in this area. We love to do things, but have no one to do them with. We would get involved with our church's youth group, but we ARE the 20 -somethings youth there. Does anyone have any suggestions???
